WWE Superstar Jack Swagger had been found guilty of DUI other and speeding at a trial in Gulfport Municipal Court.
Judge Felicia Dunn-Burke dismissed a possession charge, but Swagger was sentenced to six months probation, $500 fine and court costs. A two-day jail sentence was suspended.
Swagger was accused of driving under the influence of marijuana.
Gulfport police said they pulled him over for speeding In February and found a small amount of the drug in his car. Police stopped him about 90 minutes after he had taped WWE SmackDown at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi.
