London Tonight goes solo

ITV London Tonight has announced over facebook that there will only be one anchor presenting the flagship bullet-in – as of Monday. We previously reported on Who Will be the new co-host, and then it emerged that Ben Scotchbrook had taken the seat. It seems that that is no longer the case.

As of Monday, Nina Hossain will be hosting the programme single handedly. During this week, Charlene White (ITV News at 5:30 Presenter) has been covering for Nina – alone in the Studio, with Ben Scotchbrook on Location. Robin McCallum and Lucy Cotter presented the last double-headed programme last night, bringing and end to an an era. Lucy Cotter also signed off last night as relief presenter and entertainment correspondent.
