What has happened to the Sky News Today show?

Blair has been on since 1000, it’s now coming up to 1200 and he’s not showing any sign of finishing: it’s his annual appearance infront of the Select Committee of all the Chairs of each sub committee.

Since most people can get Active, why do they need to take over the whole channel with this broadcast when they could just show it on active, meaning we cannot get the news, weather, business, sport on the rolling channel?

Any thoughts please? Am I the only person who finds this slightly annoying or do others agree?

Because not everyone can get Active and it is news, would be my guess.
