She was an Interviewer for Impact Wrestling from 2016 to 2019, and joined WWE in the fall of 2019.

McKenzie also worked for Fox Sports West and Fan Girl Sports.

She is married to NXT commentator Vic Joseph.

She was released by WWE in early 2024.
