Matthew Thompson - Biography & Images

Matthew Thompson is a former news correspondent at Sky News.

Prior to joining Sky, Matthew was a correspondent at LBC, and across Global’s other brands such as Capital, Heart, Classic FM and Radio X.

He covered a wide-ranging brief including politics, home affairs, economics and whatever else is in the news.

Matthew is also a former member of the BBC’s Journalism Trainee Scheme.

He is the son of veteran BBC Northern Ireland broadcaster Noel Thompson.
