Ciaran Jenkins – born in 1984 – is a Welsh journalist and reporter who works for Channel 4 News.

He is the channel’s Data Correspondent and Presenter for Channel 4 News based in the Leeds newsroom.

Ciaran covers a wide range of stories, from home and social affairs to sport and technology.

He has reported exclusively for Channel 4 News on international phone hacking scams and police racism.

Ciaran joined Channel 4 News in 2012 from the BBC, where he had specialised in politics and then education.
