Christina Unkel is a former football referee.

Unkel started refereeing at the age of ten. She attended Palm Beach Atlantic University in the United States. After that, she attended Stetson University in the United States.

Her television broadcasting work includes covering the 2019 Women’s World Cup at Fox Sports and European Football for CBS HQ and Paramount+.

Christina is also a journalist for The Athletic and CBS Sports covering referees.

Unkel is the wife of American soccer referee Ted Unkel
