Ben Shephard is a former presenter on Good Morning Britain

Joining ITV in 2000, Ben fronted GMTV for 10 years, as well as presenting popular entertainment shows The Xtra Factor and Tipping Point.

Ben has also hosted Sky Sports Champions League, Goals on Sunday and League Cup coverage.

He has interviewed the great and good from the world of politics, entertainment and sport, including Prime Minister David Cameron and former Prime Minister Gordon Brown, global superstars including Madonna and Angelina Jolie and sportsmen such as Fabio Capello, Steven Gerrard and the England Rugby Team.

Ben lives in South West London with his wife Annie and his sons Samuel (born May 2005), and Jack (2007).

In 2024, Ben was named the new co-host of This Morning.
