Dianne Oxberry BBC North West Tonight Presenter

Dianne Oxberry was a main weather presenter of BBC North West Tonight, presenting forecasts most weekdays.

Dianne became BBC North West’s first on-screen weather presenter in 1995.

Previously, she was a regular voice to listeners of Steve Wright’s afternoon show on BBC Radio Two.

Dianne lives in Cheshire with her husband, their horse, two golden retrievers and two cats.

On Thursday 10th January 2019, Dianne died from cancer at the age of 51.
