Harry Gration is a former news presenter on BBC Look North.
After a five year break from the programme, Harry returned to Look North in 1999. Prior to this, he worked for BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, Match of the Day, Grandstand and South Today.
Harry has won two Royal Television Society Awards for his sports documentaries: White Rose in Africa (1992), and Dickie Bird, A Rare Species (1997).
Harry died in June 2022 at the age of 71.
