MR Motivator is returning to GMTV!
The 56-year-old Jamaican exercise instructor will make his return in January.
In a release, GMTV said: “GMTV will see families pledge their support to the campaign to get fitter and healthier in 2009. With customised on-air and online plans to improve nutrition, fitness and overall health.”
Mr Motivator, DR. Hilary Jones and nutritionist Amanda Ursell will travel around the UK and visit viewers who are in need of help, encouragement and motivation to get their health and fitness back.
Mr. Motivator said: “I am very excited to be coming back to GMTV to get the nation fit and motivated in 2009. Although I?ve been away, I have still continued on my mission of highlighting the wonderful benefits that can be derived from employing a healthy lifestyle. Britain has got fat together, now it?s time to get fit together.”
