Sky News Correspondent Enda Brady has announced he is leaving the news network.
“Exciting news of my own to report – after 17 incredible years at Sky, I’m leaving to create my own media consultancy,” Enda said in a social media post
He joined Sky News in 2005 after working for ITV Central and Meridian, the Press Association and the Yorkshire Evening Post, where he was BT young journalist of the year.
Enda has reported on the migrant crisis in Italy, major terror attacks in Paris, Brussels and London, and corruption scandals at FIFA in Switzerland.
He has interviewed some of the biggest sports stars in the world including Tiger Woods and David Beckham, and covered the 2018 World Cup in Russia and the 2012 London Olympics.
The best of the best not just a great journalist @SkyNews (is there any story/subject he hasn’t done & made look easy ???) but a GREAT human being – funny, kind & considerate – always the first to pick up the phone to see if you are ok. @SkyEnda on to the next challenge & success! https://t.co/vSrHYjmlGW
