Dougie Poynter wins I’m A Celebrity 2011

[[Dougie Poynter]] has been crowned the king of I’m A Celebrity… Get me out of here! 2011.

The McFly guitarist was competing against TOWIE star [[Mark Wright]] in a bid to be crowned the new King of the Jungle.

Speaking to Ant and Dec about his experience, Dougie said: “I thought I was gonna be out first. I didn’t do anything, I felt like I just chilled in my hammock the whole time.

“I was just so paranoid that I was gonna lose my mind and not have anyone to talk to, but Mark was there feeling exactly the same.”

Dougie is the eighth male to be crowned king of the Jungle and takes over the reign from Queen Stacey Solomon who won the competition last year.
