England v Germany – Friendly 2017 – Live TV Coverage on ITV

ITV will broadcast the International friendly between England and Germany later today.

The match comes from Wembley Stadium, as the hosts begin preparations for the World Cup against the holders.

The sides last met seven months ago in a friendly in Dortmund, when Lukas Podolski’s goal in his final international gave Germany a 1-0 win despite an encouraging performance by Gareth Southgate’s men.

Joachim Low’s side also prevailed by the same scoreline when they nations last faced each other at this venue in 2013, with Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker scoring the winner.

Coverage starts on ITV at 7.30pm, where Mark Pougatch is joined in the studio by Lee Dixon, Ryan Giggs and Ian Wright.

Match commentary comes from Clive Tyldesley and Glenn Hoddle.

Kick-off 8.00pm.

Jacqui Oatley will front a highlights programme on the same channel from 11.05pm.
