Francis Collings: Biography and Images

Francis Collings presents sports bulletins throughout the week on BBC News Channel and BBC World.

Francis joined the team of sports presenters on BBC News 24 in 1999 and is also a regular face on BBC World, for whom he covered the 2002 World Cup in Japan and Korea.

Before joining the BBC, Francis worked for the British Forces Broadcasting Service, living and working in Belize, Cyprus, Berlin, Hong Kong and the Falkland Islands.

Francis was brought up in Gibraltar and started his broadcasting career as a local radio DJ at the age of 17.
