Benjamin Shephard
Ben departed from GMTV in July 2010 where he is set to move to Sky Sports.
Ben was educated at Chigwell School, and further achieved a 2:1 BA Honours from Birmingham University in Dance, Drama & Theatre Arts.
He started off his career presenting on MTV and then went on to present The Bigger Breakfast and T4.
In 2000 he joined GMTV as a presenter on Entertainment Today.
As well as being a huge West Ham supporter, he also has representative honours in both rugby & football.
Ben lives in South West London with his wife Annie and son Samuel (born May 2005).Site Updates
