Portsmouth v Bournemouth – Johnstone’s Paint Trophy – Live on Sky Sports 1

Sky Sports will broadcast live action from round one of the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tonight as Portsmouth take on Bournemouth at Fratton Park.

A total of 32 teams from Leagues One and Two will compete at this stage, having been split into four regional sections.

Those that progress to the second round will be joined by a further 16 teams, with ties again being contested in the regional zones – North East, North West, South East and South West.

Portsmouth will be without Jordan Obita. The winger starts a three match ban for being sent off against Oldham last weekend. Ashley Westwood is still recovering from injury.

Harry Arter will return to the starting lineup for Bournemouth having missed the 5-3 defeat away to Sheffield United at the weekend through suspension. Steve Fletcher who has been rested for the last two games also looks likely to start.

The build up to the match begins at 7.30pm on Sky Sports 1, kick-off 7.45pm.
