Sky Sports will broadcast live Premiership football today, as league action returns after the international break.

The league’s new boys West Ham United will travel to Carrow Road to take on Norwich City.

The Canaries surprised many people during their first season back in the Premier League, and manager Chris Hughton will know that taking three points in this match at home to the newly promoted Hammers could well prove vital even at this early stage of the campaign

Norwich’s catastrophic start to the season saw them lose 5-0 to Fulham, while the Hammers beat Villa.

West Ham have won their last two games against Norwich, and are unbeaten in their previous five matches with the Canaries, although that includes three draws.

Norwich’s only Premier League win against the Hammers came on 27 August 1994, when Mark Robins got the winner at Carrrow Road.

The Hammers have failed to win their last 14 league games away to Norwich (D6, L8). Their last victory at Carrow Road came on 10 February 1973.

The build up begins at 12.30pm on Sky Sports 2, kick-off 12.45pm.

Highlights will be available on Sky Sports 2 from 10.15pm via Match Choice, and on BBC Match of the Day at 10.20pm.
