BBC News’ James Dagwell is to take on a number of new roles following the relaunch of 60 Seconds on BBC Three and BBC News 24’s Entertainment 24, of which he presented.

Dagwell will co-host a new E24 programme on BBC News 24 each weekend with Gethin Jones. From March he will also present the morning Interactive summaries and he will work as a relief presenter on BBC News 24 and World overnights.

Philip Hammond, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, will deliver his second ever Budget speech this afternoon. This will be the first Budget to be held in the autumn in over twenty years, and will be shown live on the BBC, ITV and Sky News. Andrew…
