
The Birmingham Grand Prix returns to the Birmingham Alexander Stadium today as a host of newly crowned Olympic champions look to round off the most exciting summer of athletics.
Britain’s new double Olympic gold medallist Mo Farah is among those in action as he attempts to break Steve Ovett’s 34-year-old British two mile outdoor record.
Elsewhere, new British sprinting star Adam Gemili will race over 200m for the first time. He will take on Olympic finalists Ryan Bailey, Churandy Martina and Wallace Spearmon.
