The second week of U.S Open 2012 will get underway today with fourth round matches in the women’s and men’s competition taking place.
Great Britain’s Andy Murray will take on the number 15 seed Milos Raonic at the Arthur Ashe Stadium.
Andy came through the first two rounds in straight sets but had a tough third round against Feliciano Lopez. Murray won the first two sets on tie-breaks, lost the third set, and picked up the fourth set also on a tie-break – 7-6 7-6 4-6 7-6.
Milos Raonic began his campaign with a tough five set first round, but won in straight sets in the second and third round.
There’s a bit of bad news regarding the TV schedule. The match will be shown live on Sky Sports 2, but isn’t due on court until 12.30am UK time.
Also today, the world’s number one Roger Federer is up against the American Mardy Fish and Serena Williams will take on Andrea Hlavackova.
Sky Sports 2 and Eurosport will be live on air with U.S Open coverage from 4pm today.
