Following the death of the Ministry of Defence employee, Doctor David Kelly, Tony Blair set up an inquiry into his death. Lord Hutton chaired the inquiry, taking evidence over the course of a 6 week period from the likes of Andrew Gilligan, Geoff Hoon, Gavyn Davies, Alastair Campbell and Tony Blair.
The Inquiry opened on August 1st 2003. The report was made public on January 28th 2004.
