Mark Austin: “Scouts. Just what I don’t need”

ITV News presenter Mark Austin has been swamped by scouts on The Mall for the second time in 14 months.

Upon seeing the group beside him, Mark said: “I can’t believe this. Scouts. That’s just what I don’t need..”
