How do you improve the quality of school dinners when schools are locked into 20 – 30 year PPP deals which make it very difficult, or impossible, to improve the quality of school dinners? Any ideas anyone? <_< <_<
I don’t think much will be done to be honest. It’s just the latest bandwagon that’s rolled back into town. I remember people saying exactly the same things when I was at primary school, and that was some 15 years ago now!
