Without wishing to plug any fat corporation’s product, I need to buy a digital camcorder. Know lots of you will use them, so can anyone help me out with advice please? I don’t have a lot of money but don’t want something lousy just because it’s cheap either. I will shoot both outside and, more problematically, have to do lots of low-light, inside shooting too. The footage has to be usable not just for private, home use (although mostly). I can’t read manuals for 6 weeks which are written by someone for whom English is his 10th language either, or else riddled with geekspeak ie it’s got to be easy to use! Decent battery life is also NB.
I’ve done numerous websearches and there’s an awful lot out there, all in the mid price range and all claiming to be the greatest thing since….before the Graf Zeppelin/sliced bread/Kelly the Wonderdog (you don’t know her, but I do ) Does anyone have any tips please? Many of the models on the web are US-available only; some are available in the EU but only at about 900 quid. No can do. Thanks!
Johnnie, if this is too ‘commercial’ a question, can you post that anyone able to help should p.m. me?
Hiya EE Have you ever tried buying from Ebay. It’s pretty good.that is, of course when you’ve decided which camcorder you wish to purchase. I’m sorry but i have no advice for you on that. Seeya Ed ( the fish)
